Quotations are used when a quote for a customer or item is to be registered and sent to the customer or item. If the quote is accepted, the quote can be changed to an order
The offer overview can be found under Accounts receivable/Sales/Offers.
Note! The Quote menu item can only be seen if the Orders item is selected under Company/Maintenance/Turn features on/off.

Creating an offer
Select the Create quote button and choose which debtor the quote should be issued to in the Account field.
Select the Save and go to lines button and enter the lines to display to the customer on the quote.
Select the Offer button on the offer lines to print and/or send the offer by email.

Example of quote to order conversion
The following shows an example of us sending an offer on item number 34-23 - Sofa bed, 2 pcs. at a total price of DKK 7,800.00. This is without the 10% that was entered under master data.

Click on
save. Go back to the
offers tab.

In the
Offers tab, press
refresh and you can now see the order we have created. The 10% discount we set up on the offer master data is now applied.

We can then convert the quote to order by clicking
Convert quote to order.

We are now asked if the offer should be retained after the conversion.

The order is now converted and you will find it under Accounts receivable/Sales/Sales orders
From sales orders, you can create an invoice as you normally would. Read more here:

Delete an offer
Find the quote order you want to delete and press the edit button.

Inside the master data page, you can delete the order at the top. Versison-90 An account/contact person can be added by pressing [+]
