Data manipulation can be found under Tools / Data manipulation Data manipulation allows you to select between all tables, and thus all fields in your accounts, where you can then manipulate the individual fields.     If you select a table and click on fields, you can choose which fields you want to see in the manipulation.

Description of buttons in the DataManipulation pop-up menu
  1. Remove row
    • Remove a row from the list (deletes)
  2. Filter
    • Here you have the option to define which fields to include in your manipulation
  3. Add or edit column
    • Here you can edit a column with a fixed value or a script
  4. Add script
    • Adds a script directly on a field
  5. Controllers
    • Check that your manipulations turn out right
  6. Update
    • Refreshes the page after manipulating the fields
  7. Delete
    • Deletes everything if there are no relationships to other directories
  8. Cancel
    • Cancel and close the tab

Update a field with a fixed value

Herewith a guide to changing many data at once, with the same value:
  1. Open Tools / Data manipulation
  2. Select the table to use and press Fields
  3. Select the fields to view and change, press Continue
  4. Now you see all your data
  5. Here you can filter to see only the rows/records that will be updated with the steps below.
  6. Tap Add or edit column
  7. Select the field to manipulate in Field name
  8. Value must be selected
  9. Type the value you want the field to have in the Value field
  10. Press OK
  11. Now you see the changes you have made. However, they are NOT saved yet.
  12. If you are satisfied with the result in 10) you can now press Check and if your data is valid, you can press Update.
  13. Now your items have changed.
 

Update a date field with a new value

A date field can be updated by adding seconds. A day consists of 86400 seconds. Example of changing the date by 10 days. this.DeliveryDate + (86400 * 10) Add 10 days to the date.
