Pivot tables are dynamic reporting available in Uniconta's Finance, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Lager and Project modules under the Reports menu item.
A pivot table summarizes data. Pivot tables can sort and count data. The summarized data can then be displayed in a specified form to the user. The summarized data can therefore be summed up in the form of numbers, totals or averages.
The user can summarize data by simply dragging columns/fields to different parts of the pivot table.
Pivot tables can be easily modified by simply clicking on data and moving it around the screen.
ATTENTION! The pivot tables in the Lager, Debtor and Creditor modules use data from the inventory entries.
NOTE! If you want to include all data, it is important that you build the pivot table as you want it before you click "Clear Filter" otherwise all data will not be included.
