Follow-up activities are used to record what has happened / is to happen on the individual Debtor / Subject or contact person.
It is possible to access the overview of all follow-up activities from the CRM menu.
It is also possible to access this from other parts of the CRM module e.g. Customers, Vendors, Leads, Contacts, and Projects where it is possible to access follow-up activities on that lead or customer.

- Select CRM/Follow-up activity
- Select the Add button on the ribbon
- Fill in the required information and select the Save button to save the follow-up activity.
To change an activity, select the Edit button.
Description of fields
Account type: Under account type, you can choose whether the activity should be linked to a Debtor Vendor Customer Contact person Project Account: The specific account is selected in the Account field. Group: Group is created under CRM / Maintenance / Follow-up groups. Read more here. Employee: Employee is created under Company / Maintenance / Employees. Read more here. Offer number/Last updated: Under follow-up you can select the fields "Offer number" and "Last updated", so you can easily find follow-ups that have not been updated for a long time.
