Forgot your password?

If you have forgotten your password, you will get the above message in red color when you try to log in.
Now press "Forgot password" and enter either your Login ID or your E-mail in the field shown below.
Get passwords sent to you

After pressing "Send", a new temporary code will be sent to the email registered to your user.
This code must now be used for the next login in Uniconta.
Please note that this email may end up in your email's SPAM filter.
Email with temporary password
After requesting a new password, you will receive an email with a new code for Uniconta.
Change password
Start Uniconta with your Login ID and the temporary password provided in the email.
Once logged in, you should change your temporary code to one you can remember.
Tap "User" in the top right corner of Uniconta and select "My profile".

You will then see your user information.
Here you can enter the temporary password, and then enter the new password in the 2 fields for this.

And the next time you start Uniconta, you will now use the new password you just chose.
"Another person is logged in..."
Get the message "
Another person has logged in with your user ID. You have therefore been logged out " there's nothing to worry about.
It can be one of several scenarios for this.
For example, if you have not shut down the Uniconta client overnight and a server update has been run overnight.
Then a user is automatically logged out and you get the message below.

After clicking "OK", a window appears with the message: "You are not logged in"
Now you can enter your password again and continue working.
