As a superstructure to the regular bookkeeping, there are Uniconta an electronic sign-off sheet. Here you can postpost, analyze, and reconcile accounts in the bookkeeping.
The closing sheet can be used to make post-postings, and at the same time see the result of these directly on the screen even before these are posted.
The closure sheets can be found under Finance/Audit activities/Closing sheets
Select the post entries to be exported. For example, limit on post types (Code).

Add closing sheets
- Select Finance/Audit activities/Closing sheet
- Select the button Add button button on the ribbon
- Enter a name, from and to account, period and last period.
also field Number series and choose how to assign attachment numbers.
The choices regarding the document number assignment are the same as in the regular posting journals. Read more about these choices in the description of the same fields here .
- Select the button Save button button on the ribbon
- Select the button Accounts button on the ribbon to view the sign-off sheet itself.
- Select a line on the account overview and select the button Journal lines to make a subsequent entry. Read more about the other features of the closing sheet below.

View records and make post entries
- Place the cursor on an account where you want to see the posted transactions and possibly make a post-posting
- Select button Draft & Entries
- The booked entries are shown in the lower part of the image that opens. In the upper part of the image, there may be a repost. If a booked item needs to be reversed, you can select the item in the bottom image and select the button Bring back voucher and the entry will automatically be copied to the upper part of the image, with the opposite sign.
- With CTRL+mouse click you can select multiple entries to be reversed 1:1 Note! If no date is filled in, the subsequent entry will automatically be posted on the to-date on the closing sheet. If the closing sheet is set up to automatically assign voucher numbers when posting, the voucher number will be stamped there first. If manual assignment is selected, you must manually enter the document numbers that you want to apply to the post-transaction.
- Select button Save & Exit button button on the ribbon
- You may want to taste. Esc to close the image again or select the Synchronize and drag this screen to the right so that you can see both the account overview and the postings/repostings screen at the same time. In that case, you can simply switch accounts in the overview and the entries for that account will appear in the journal line screen. Remember to select the button Layout/Save layout button if you want the screen to always be divided in this way.
Description of buttons on the ribbon
Once you are in the account overview on the closing sheet, you can take various actions using the account overview. buttons on the ribbon. These buttons are described below.

Attachments | Under this button you can select either Memo or Document . Note is used to add notes to the account, e.g. a description of what should always be postposted or similar. Under the button Notes all notes across all accounts can be viewed together. Document can be used to attach documents such as reconciliations etc. to the individual account. Notes | Displays all notes in all accounts. Notes are added under the button Attachments/Note |
Code | When post-transactions are made in the closing sheet, these transactions can be associated with a code (0-9). In this sense, you can then choose, for example, to only show changes with a specific code. Can possibly be used for re-classifications. |

Description of Fields in the closeout sheet
Below is a description of the fields (columns) that appear in the account overview in the closing sheet. If there are fields you don't see with you, they can be inserted using the Fields Manager. buttons Layout/Editor .Felt | Description |
Memo | In this field, a small note icon will appear if there is a note in the account. The note can be viewed by clicking your mouse on the icon. Notes are added using the Notes button. buttons Attachments/Note . By selecting the button Notes button on the ribbon, you can see an overview of notes on all accounts at once, this note is associated with the account and appears across all sign-off sheets. |
Clip | A clipse icon will appear here if there are documents attached to the account. Documents are added using the Documents Documents buttons Attachments/Document . |
Tuned | If this field is checked when the account is reconciled and the desired postings to the account are registered, the Reconciled field on the account in the chart of accounts will be stamped with the to-date from the closing sheet, and it will no longer be possible to post entries up to and including this date. |
Account number | Financial account number from the chart of accounts |

Moms | VAT in the closing sheet. When creating new lines, the VAT code is taken from the account When reversing supporting documents, the VAT code is taken from the voucher. Current year | The balance column shows the opening balance of the sheet, i.e. the balance that is transferred when the sheet is created according to the period's from and to data. |
Amendment | This felt shows the sum of postings on the individual accounts. If no change is shown, you may need to select the button Refresh button to update the image. |
New balance | This shows the sum of Current year + Change. |
Last period | Here you can see last year's figures, based on the from and to date in the last period fields. |
Commentary | Here you can write a comment for the individual account. Via Edit button button you can make a comment. |
Note (sheet) | This note is associated with the current sheet. |
