In Uniconta, it is possible to create multiple company addresses, which can be selected under purchase order and sales order, to select a different delivery address than the company address itself.
It is possible to set one of the company addresses as default, with a check mark. If you mark a company address as default, this address will be stamped on all purchase orders.
Company address can be found under Company/Maintenance/Company address.
Create a company address by clicking 'Add'.
Enter the address information and press 'Save'.
This company address can then be used, for example, when driving is activated in the timesheet under project.
In the above screenshot, the Company address can be used both in ffr and to address. This allows the individual employee to choose where to drive from and to.
Other places Company addresses can be selected is on the purchase order. Company addresses are entered in the delivery address fields by clicking on the small arrow pointing up.
Company addresses can also be selected on sales orders and added to the shipping address fields by clicking the small arrow pointing up.
Sign up for Nemhandel
For example, if a company has several departments with their own GLN numbers and needs to receive documents on all GLN numbers, you can create different company addresses and assign one GLN number per address.
To register the individual GLN numbers with Nemhandel, you must be at the individual company address and use "Register Nemhandel". When activating the function, a check is made to see if the GLN number is already registered.
The actual function is the same as when signing up under Company details and is described here.
GLN numbers created under company addresses are only used when receiving OIOUBL.
