More details – Uniconta

On details it is possible to enter additional information on the variants. It is possible to enter cost prices and EAN numbers for the individual variant item. This is also where the individual customer can create their own fields. Note! Please note that the cost price field is only an information field for use in e.g. webshops - Uniconta does not calculate the field anywhere. Select Lager/Maintenance/Variants/Details

Attach a photo of the variant

Note! If the main item does not have a photo attached to the product card in the 'Photo' field, Uniconta will not check if the variant has a photo.

Go to Lager/Maintenance/Variants/Details
Select a variant
Click the 'Document' button and add a photo
Click the 'Insert photo' button and select a photo from the document's 'Unique ID'
Save changes
Click the 'Show photo' field to display the photo.
If photo is not shown, check if there is a photo associated with the main item card in the 'Photo' field.

Custom fields

In the detail variant, it is possible to create your own fields if, for example, you want a longer description or fields for transfers or returns from a webshop. Additional fields are created under Tools/Custom fields/Details. The example below shows details with a custom field 'Transfer to Webshop'.
