Reservations shows an overview of all items that are reserved for either purchase or sale.

Here you see an overall report of what items have been reserved, ordered, drawn and delivered across the modules.
| Field name |
Field Description |
| Order type |
Shows on which order the item is reserved. Order types can be Sales order, Purchase order or Production order. |
| Reservation |
Shows which type the item is reserved in. It can be in either sales order or purchase order. |
| Delivered |
The quantity delivered for a sale where the order has not been finally invoiced. |
| Received |
The quantity received for a purchase where the order has not been finally invoiced. |
| Movement |
For a punch, it is the quantity moved from reserved to delivered.
For a purchase, it is the quantity moved from ordered to received. |
| Reserved quantity |
The quantity reserved in a sales order. |
| Ordered quantity |
The quantity ordered in a purchase order. |
| Delivery date |
Delivery date from the sales purchase order header. |
| Date of the line |
The date that appears on the sales or purchase line. |
Reservations can also be viewed on the individual item by clicking on Reservations
Go to
Lager/Items, select the desired item and click on Reservations
The example below shows the selection of an item and its reservation after clicking Reservations from the item overview.
