A dashboard is a user interface that, like a car dashboard, organizes and presents information in a way that is easy to read. However, a computer dashboard is often more interactive than a car dashboard.

Uniconta Dashboard is a standalone application that must be downloaded and obtained here. .
After installation, Dashboard can start.
Login in Uniconta Dashboard
The login image appears.
ATTENTION! Auto-refresh in dashboard only works in Dashboard viewer and cannot be set below 300 seconds. If you want numbers more often, you need to press "refresh".
Enter Username and Password. You use the same login for the Uniconta dashboard as for the Uniconta client.
Choose whether to open a Dashboard application in design mode or in run mode (viewing an existing dashboard).
The first time you start the Dashboard program, it must be opened in design mode, as there is no default dashboard available.
Run is used for users who already have a dashboard and only need to display it, not design it.
“Translate field to English” is used to display the correct field names in the database, instead of the language labels created for the current language. Recommended for advanced users. Especially if Queries and Joins are used. In the server filter, the fields are also shown with their database name. The selection here is saved, so the selection is set at startup.

Viewing the Uniconta Dasboard
Once you have built your dashboard and saved it under your accounts, you can view it from the menu in Uniconta Client or from Web-Uniconta.
Here you can view the list of your dashboards in the Uniconta client.
If Company ID is set to 1 and User ID to 2, the Dashboard is a standard Dashboard developed by Uniconta.
Last updated contains the date of the last update of the Dashboard.

Change owner on Dashboard
Version-94 It is possible to change the owner of a Dashboard via the “Edit owner” button. This allows a Dashboard to be transferred from a reseller to a customer, for example. Enter the login ID of the new owner in the dialog box shown.
