Up to 5 dimensions can be created in Uniconta.
Dimension is used to distribute your entries to the different values created in a dimension.
A frequently used dimension is Departments, while others could be Carrier or Purpose.
Uniconta can handle up to 20,000 values being created per dimension.
Select the number of dimensions used and fill in dimension1, 2 etc.
Around Uniconta screens, dimensions will appear by these names.
Click "Add dimension" in the menu and fill in the line with the desired description
To use dimensions!
Dimensions must be set to "Active" on the account in the chart of accounts if you want to use a dimension on an account. Read more here: ....Create a dimension
By pressing dimension setup, you can choose how many dimensions to use in the accounts. You can choose between 0 and 5 dimensions.
Select the number of dimensions used and fill in dimension1, 2 etc.
Around Uniconta screens, dimensions will appear by these names.
Create the different departments
To create the different sub-dimensions or departments, carriers etc. you need to switch between dimensions in the menu
