With Nemhandel Mapping you can decide which data is sent in your e-invoices and e-credit notes from Uniconta. You do this by mapping Uniconta fields to fields in the e-document.

The tags we allow you to change initially have been developed with some partners. Contact us at support if you want us to open up the ability to map more tags, and we will find out internally if this is possible and get back to you. But before you can set up mappings on these tags, you need to create a Easy Commerce mapping group.
Nemhandel mapping group
![]()
A mapping group defines which document type and version your setup applies to.
- Version: At the moment. only supported OIOUBL 2.1but we will continuously update with new versions as they become supported by Nemhandel and Uniconta.
- Document type: Uniconta supports sending 2 documents:
- Invoice
- Credit note
Standard
When setting up a group, you can choose to mark a group as Default or not.
-
✅ (Default group) - This means that this setup is used as the default for all e-documents. You can create as many groups as you want, but only one default group per document type and version.
-
❌ (Debtor group) - If you want a specific setup for certain customers (debtors), you can create a debtor mapping group. A debtor group is created without a checkmark in the “Default” field-field
-
-
You can assign one or more debtors to a group for either,
-
an individual setup (one debtor per group).
-
a common setup (combine multiple debtors into one group)
-
-
When an e-invoice or e-credit note is sent to one of these debtors, the mapping setup defined in the debtor group is used even if there is a default group (debtor group trumps).
-
You must always have either a default or a debtor group for the setup to be applied. If a group is neither marked by default nor has any debtors associated with it, it is ignored.
Nemhandel Mapping
Once you have created a Nemhandel mapping groupyou can proceed to the Nemhandel mapping tab. This feature gives you control over what information is sent with your e-documents (invoice or credit note). You choose, which field in the e-document to be filled in, and where the information comes from in Uniconta.
Group of products
You can change or create (➕ button ) a new mapping group via this page. The bottom data grid will be updated automatically with the existing mapping setup for the selected group. The dropdown to the right of the group will automatically update according to the group's settings. If you press “add line” without a group, you will get an error message.

Create a new mapping
Click on the “Add line” and fill in the following:
| Column | Column description |
| Easy Trade Tag | The field in the e-document to fill in |
| Table ID | Uniconta table from which to retrieve the data |
| Field | The specific field in the table |
| Value | Display the field's value via selected invoice/credit note |
⚠️Validation and limitations
-
All three fields (tag, Table, Field) must be filled in - otherwise you will get an error message.
-
An Easy Trade Tag can only be used once per group - reuse causes errors.
-
Existing lines cannot be edited: If you want to change the table/field on an existing tag, the line must be deleted and created again.
-
The document is is validated against Nemhandel's official XSD file (OIOUBL 2.1), this happens when you press “Save” or “View”.
- We always validate when sending your e-document. Should it fail, we default to Uniconta's own setup and send it without your mappings.
Show button
The button “View” allows you to see the result of your mappings before you save it. You will see a PDF view of the documentwhere your mappings are applied. This ensures that your fields are correct, both structurally and according to the Nemhandel standard.
Notification
The validation of your new mappings takes place when they are created, but therefore problems can occur with your mappings on other invoices/credit notes when used in production, i.e. when you send an e-document. Therefore, we have made it possible to sign up for the notification system where you will be notified of the various errors that may occur in the validation. The error messages will most likely be in English as XSD file provides them that way.
