If you get the 'Warning' message 'No record is selected' upon registering a mandate, check the 'System Info' column as well as the:
- Status of the mandate: If the mandate is already 'Registered' then there is no record to be updated.
- Customer card: This must be filled out with:
- Payment format: SEPA
- Account type: IBAN
- Bank account: Enter a valid IBAN
- SWIFT: Enter a valid SWIFT
