How do I create a new company with the same chart of accounts of one of my other companies?

Go to Company/Maintenance/Create a new company.

In the 'Copy setup' section, select the company you wish to copy from, in the 'Your company' list.

Select the items you wish to copy (such as Chart of accounts) and click on the 'Create company' button in the local menu.
