This could be due to the fact that:
- The e-mail server that the mail is being sent from has a maximum file size.
- The e-mail server that the mail is being sent from contains an anti-virus program.
- The e-mail server that the mail is being sent from is set up without ‘trust’ e-mail.
- A lot of emails are being sent at once and they are regarded as spam because the e-mail server that the mail is being sent from has been set up to automatically block sending when many e-mails are sent at once.
- Uniconta’s mail is ‘white listed’ in the e-mail server that the mail is sent from.
Users with this issue can try to:
- Add the file to the inbox instead of sending it via mail. If the file can be added then the problem is in the e-mail server and not the file.
- Send the mail from another email server.
- Forward the mail to another mail to see if you can open it there.
