The delayed field in the user list will show a number 1,2,3, etc.
Uniconta counts a 1 second delay for every 5,000 calls that the user has used in 24 hours.
So, for example, if the user has used 17500 calls then there will be a 3 second delay and a 3 will appear in the 'delayed' field.
If the user has extended server calls then the following applies:
There is no delay even though there is, for example, a 3 in the delayed field.
The delay will come when there is a 15 in the 'delayed' field. That is to say when there are 75,000 calls. Then the user will experience a 1 second delay no matter how many calls they have.
