Under Customer/Maintenance/E-mail setup, users can create e-mail setups that send emails from a particular employee. In order for this to work the user needs to make sure that:
- The organizations SMTP is used on the E-mail setup.
- The employee is set up under Company/Employees with a loginID and an e-mail address.
- The employee is selected on the order.
